We love this for lunch and after-school snacks.
Ingredients
- 3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped (you can use the ones from Papi’s Chicken Broth)
 - 3-4 sticks of celery, chopped
 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
 - 2/3 c mayonnaise
 - 1/3 c kosher pickle juice
 - 1T oregano
 - 2 t Dijon mustard
 - 1/2 t black pepper
 
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well
 - Served with carb of choice
